Electronic House Call is a touchscreen device that measures and records users’ vital signs. This device transmits the data to users’ clinicians and enables them remotely evaluate people’s health condition. It provides people with educational videos to help them to understand and manage their chronic illness better. It alerts clinicians when users’ vital signs are out of normal ranges. It also allows users to set reminders for medication and appointment.
